BIOGAS STORAGE- Biogas
Double membrane balloon

Are you looking for a biogas/CBG storage balloon?

JOG Waste has the perfect solutions, meanwhile, the shape of the gasholder is spherical, conical,  capsule form, even square special shape, hemisphere, etc., which is suitable for all kinds of gas storage with low pressure.

Our biogas holder balloons are used for the storage of raw and purified biogas. In case you would like to install the digester mounted for biogas storage, JOG Waste will install a supply and double/single membrane with a pressure control unit, safety seal, and other auxiliary equipment.

BIOGAS STORAGE SYSTEMS ARE 100% HIGH-FREQUENCY WELDED

All JOG WTE biogas storage systems are 100% high-frequency welded with the best welding quality possible. High-frequency welding guarantees a significantly longer life lifespan than products welded by hot air. JOG WTE applies reinforced technical textile PVC membranes with the lowest gas permeability possible. The industrial high-frequency welding process ensures a constant welding quality. The high frequency is better resistant against very low temperatures (- 20 degrees Celsius) and very high temperatures (+ 70 degrees Celsius)

The storage systems are used for biogas installations in electricity generation, agricultural processing, water treatment ETP, STP plants, and industrial applications.

JOG MEMBRANE MOUNTED ON DIGESTER TANK TYPE

This type of biogas holder balloon is mounted on the top of a concrete RCC Biogas digester. This type of gas holder consists of two types of membrane – the inner membrane keeps the fermentation digester tightly sealed to prevent any gas leak. The outer membrane maintains the shape via an air blower. Both membranes are anchored to the digester top wall with a stainless steel Plate structure. The air pressure comes from the air blower to maintain the outer shape of the balloon. The digester tank-mounted balloons can be in various geometrical shapes.

Shape: Vertical, Horizontal, Cylindrical, Conical, Digester Top Mounted, Standalone ground mounted.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Cheaper than ground-mounted balloon
  • Save Space & Cost
  • Suitable for all industries for storage of biogas and further use for different applications.

JOG MEMBRANE MOUNTED ON DIGESTER TANK TYPE

The ¾ Hemispheric design is the most common and traditionally used storage solution for high-pressure biogas storage. It is called double membrane structure design, the outer membrane gives shape to the gasholder while the inner and floor membrane store are for biogas. A continuous flow of air blowers maintains space between the inner and outer membrane, because of this air blower the shape of the membrane is maintained as well as to withstand the pressure of external agents like heavy wind, and rain. For safety purposes, the 2 Nos Safety Valve is also mounted with air and gas balloons separately.

Shape: Vertical, Horizontal, Cylindrical, Conical, Digester Top Mounted, Standalone ground mounted.

Advantages:

  • Top quality PVC coated fabric polyester
  • Leak proof @100%
  • Costs less than Mounted on the Surface of land.
  • UV stabilized
  • All weather proof
  • Corrosion resistant
  • Save space.

WHY OUR MEMBRANE BIOGAS BALLOON
HOLDER BETTER THAN THE OTHER?

ADVANTAGES:
  • It can store large amounts of biogas depending on the capacity and requirement
  • There is no need to climb high when used, observed, and repaired.
  • manufacturer and supplier

    JOG WASTE GROUND
    MOUNTED BIOGAS STORAGE BALLOON

This gas storage system is mainly formed by an internal membrane and an external membrane, the inner membrane is used for gas storage while the outer membrane keeps the air pressure constant by an air blower, This air pressure makes sure that the external membrane holds its shape to withstand wind load. It has multiple advantages as per the following

    1. Maintenance free
    2. Long lifespan
    3. Light Weight
    4. Permanently gas-tight
    5. Quickly installed
    6. High Operational reliability
    7. Can sustain in heavy wind

The JOG WTE biogas balloon is installed on the ground or the RCC digester tank top.

The pressure safety valves for air and gas and gas level measurement systems are always included in the scope of supply. The methane (CH4) gas detectors and control panels can be supplied additional on client request.

The biogas gas can be stored in balloons up to pressures of 20 to 50 m Bar. The storage capacity is vary from 100 m3 to 10000 m3. The JOG WTE biogas balloon has a conical or hemisphere shape. The hemisphere shape allows limited pressures where a dome/balloon can be applied for higher gas pressures

WHY CHOOSE FOR MEMBRANE SYSTEMS JOG?

JOG Biogas Balloons (double membrane holders) are used for various biogas sizes and amounts of storage. It is installed on the wall of the Digester with a supporting center column and belts inside the digester. The Biogas holder system has a double membrane structure.

The external air holder membrane balloon is made of multiple layers of PVC-coated fabric and made with special additives that are UV and rainstorm-proof. The Internal membrane, which is in direct contact with biogas, is made of a special material. The internal membrane is stretched up by the pressure of the produced in biogas. Air is blown between the external membrane dome and the internal membrane so that it provides a push to the above side of the membrane and gives a spherical shape to the cover dome.

The Biogas Double Membranes are designed and prepared by using a control programmable machine. The Welding is performed by using a high-frequency current welding machine. The advantages in quality if to be compared with membranes that are handmade and glued or welded by heating elements. The hermetic sealing in gas holder mounting systems is secured by pilot-operated check valves. Jog provide

Safety valves for access to air and gas protect to damage the balloon membrane, with an Inspection window of a suitable size.

The Biogas pressure inside the gas holder on average is range from 20 to 50 m bar

By installing Biogas Holder balloon you can store 2 to 3 hours of biogas storage
